What is SuperSENIOR?
SuperSENIOR is a strength and conditioning program for seniors led by professional physiotherapists to improve their fitness and overall quality of life.
Who is it for?

Seniors who want to improve their body awareness, overall strength and fitness or simply to stay active

Seniors who want to slow down frailty and reduce fall risk

Seniors who want to learn more about different types of exercise, its purpose and how to safely perform them

Seniors who require professional supervision, to reduce risk of injury and increase effectiveness

Safe - conducted by our qualified and experienced physiotherapists who can modify accordingly to your level or needs

Supervised - small group size between 2 to 4 pax for closer supervision and attention

Trial: $40 / pax

10-session packs: $500/ pax (buddy*), $600/ pax (solo)
