Wellness Programs for Seniors
1-1 Strength & Conditioning Class
Our 1-to-1 Strength and Conditioning Program is specially designed for adults aged 60 years and above, led and supervised by qualified physiotherapists who understand the unique needs of ageing bodies.
Each session is personalised to your current fitness level, medical history, and individual goals—whether that’s improving strength, balance, mobility, posture, or confidence in daily movements. We focus on safe, evidence-based exercises that help reduce the risk of falls, manage chronic conditions, and support long-term independence.
Working one-on-one with a physiotherapist ensures close supervision, correct technique, and gradual progression at a pace that feels comfortable and achievable. Exercises may include strength training, balance work, flexibility, coordination, and functional movements that translate directly into everyday activities.
This program is ideal for seniors who want to:
-
Stay active and independent
-
Build strength and stability safely
-
Improve balance and reduce fall risk
-
Move with greater ease and confidence
Our goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live life more confidently, at any age.
